Welcome to Islam Institute (ISIN)
Islam
and its more than 1.5 Billion, worldwide
community of adherents (the Muslims)
are widely misunderstood (and often seen
in an extremely negative light) by
the
vast majority of non-Muslims, and despite the
constant efforts of numerous Muslim
individuals & organisations across the world;
Islam & Muslims still have a terrible media &
public relations problem in the non-Muslim
world, particularly in the West.
There are many reasons for this, but one in
particular is the absence of a consistently accurate,
cohesive, unified and focused (non-political &
Islam related only) message being proactively
given to the world's mainstream non-Muslim
media and the general non-Muslim public through
a professional
and unequivocally legitimate/official body.
Islam Institute was established
to carry out this essential task; to be the
official
Muslim body
for global media &
public relations
(authorised by
all Muslim states through the
Organisation of the
Islamic Conference).
